Guests must have ID matching reservation & sign our rental agreement, we will Not accept request without those verifications.
- Person making reservation must be 21 years old & over.
- NO SMOKING inside the Apartment, that includes No vaping &/or cannabis, doing so will result in an extra cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged & NO REFUNDS.
- NO Pets/Animals allowed in this unit, if you have a Pet/Animal please book another pet friendly room. We also use this Apartment & family member have health issues. Breaking rule will result in removal with NO REFUNDS & an extra cleaning & pet fee of $300.00 charged.
- Apartment is suited for up to 4 guests ONLY, Guests NOT on Rental Agreement can NOT stay overnight.
- When requesting rental information, please state how many people are staying.
- The lease begins at 3:00 PM on Check-in Date and ends at 11:00 AM on Checkout Date.
- Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with a Parking Pass. Failure to display Parking Pass may result in towing of vehicle at vehicle's Owner's expense.
- Any CANCELLATION will be handled as per my Cancellation Policy states.
- Guests are responsible to purchase on their own a "Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance", if they feel it's a possibility. Cancellation policy will be strictly followed.
- NO REFUND of unused nights, if Guests leave before their Check Out date
- Linens, bedding & towels are provided, but you can bring extras, if you like, there is NO housekeeping during your stay.
- Guests can NOT use our address for mail or packages.
- Housekeeping or Front Desk are NOT available for additional services.
- Guest acknowledges & understands there is construction & renovation work throughout our Building & there's potential for noise & disruptions during business hours.
- You are renting this Apartment from the Owners, please contact us with any questions or requests.
- Must follow Condominium Association Rules.
- Please be respectful and leave Apartment how you found it.
- Be sure to leave the parking permit inside Apartment at Check Out, $25.00 replacement fee will be charged to Guest, if not returned.
- Guests shall not sublet the property.
- NO 3rd Party bookings.
- NO Parties inside Apartment.
- Respect quiet times. (10:30 PM- 8:00 AM)
- Guests shall use the property for legal purposes only.
- TV has a Roku streaming stick, it must not be removed, or replacement fee will apply. Do not ask for pin#
- Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Guests do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
- Liability: Unit is privately owned; the Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises, unit or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Full payment is due at the time Guest makes reservation.

■ RENOVATIONS🔨
Our place has been around since the 1960's & has withstood the test of time, making memories thru the eras while hosting Guests from all over the world.
It operated as a Motel with a front desk where it had its ups & downs thru the decades & in 1999 it became a Condominium Association, today each apartment is individually owned & operated.

As of May 5, 2025, our Hurricane damaged roof is being replaced.

Our North Side 3rd floor Studio's interior is clean & not affected by work.
Some disruptions, noise & equipment may be possible during this process.

Please do NOT book our place if this will be a problem.
