■ No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
■ When requesting info or booking, please state the number of guests.

■ One parking pass is provided per unit.
■ The parking pass must be displayed at all times.
■ Vehicles without a pass may be towed at the owner’s expense (towing company patrols hourly).
■ Parking pass must be left inside the unit at checkout — $45 replacement fee applies if not returned.

■ Linens and towels are provided; no daily housekeeping during the stay.
■ Housekeeping and front desk services are not available for additional requests.
■ Guests may not use the address to receive mail.
🔧 Building Notes
■ Guests must follow all Condo HOA rules.
■ You are renting directly from the owners — please message us with any needs during your stay.
📺 TV / Technology
■ TV has a Roku streaming stick.
■ Do not remove the device; a replacement fee will apply.
■ We cannot provide the PIN for personal reasons.

Our property has been part of Daytona Beach history since the 1960s, originally operating as a beachfront motel before transitioning into a Condominium Association in 1999. Today, each unit is individually owned and managed, giving the building its unique charm and character.
We want you to have the best stay possible, so please review the following important details before booking:
🅿️ Parking (Very Important)
● Each condo is issued ONE parking pass only.
● The towing company patrols hourly and will tow any vehicle without a pass displayed — including cars waiting for check-in or parked early.
👉 Please do not arrive early and park without your pass.
● Extra vehicles must use paid public parking. There are multiple lots and garages within walking distance from the Daytona Inn.
● No trailer parking is allowed anywhere on the property.
⚡ Building Notes & Maintenance
● While uncommon, service or building emergencies may occur. We will notify guests immediately if anything impacts your stay.
● Electrical breakers may trip if too many high-powered appliances run at once. Just message us and we’ll reach out to management.
● The building has mandatory scheduled pest control. If it falls during your stay, we will inform you in advance.
❄️ AC / Heat System (Please Read)
The building uses a shared central HVAC system controlled by the Condominium Association.
● Each unit has its own thermostat to toggle the system ON/OFF.
● The system can run in cooling OR heating mode, not both.
● The Association determines which mode is active based on seasonal temperatures.
If you require a different temperature style (very cold, very warm, or full individual control), this setup may not meet your expectations.
